20) Why Due We, In Canada/Ontario, Have Courts And Laws?

Over the many years, being involved, we have hired and payed lawyers for legal services including: Lawyer Michael Jeffery, Lawyer Paul Feldman, Lawyer Mark Penfold, Lawyer Collin Smith, Lawyer Richard Leighton, Lawyer Fred Chenoweth, Lawyer Robert Pollock, Lawyer Dieter Niebler, Mariola Bednarska, Lawyer Sheldon Barris, Lawyer Robert Zigler, Lawyer Ephraim Fiksel, Ed Brown and Cuban lawyer Emilio Sanchez.

Living up to there sworn lawyers oath, in our opinion and experience are, by us hired and payed Ontario Lawyers, including: Lawyer Paul Feldman, Lawyer Mark Penfold, Lawyer Collin Smith, Lawyer Richard Leighton, Lawyer Fred Chenoweth, Lawyer Ed Brown and Cuban Lawyer Emilio Sanchez.    

My Lawyer , Collin Smith, rejected to act on some legal issues for me. His stated reason was, in understanding meaning, " his legal character and integrity of the LAW would not help us, battle against the unscrupulous opposition." He could not deal with this or serve me properly.

Here again my husband and I were put in a situation, were we had to make a decision, give up or learn to address the legal issues our-self. The task was, how due we fight/defend, obvious Canadian/Ontario Government committed crimes and total corruption?

One of many "case in point " Court Evidence: " My house ( only living quarter ) and home office of Chelmarc Holding Corp. 25 Willow Cres. was wrong-fully forfeited into and owned by the Ontario Government on April 13/2006. 28) 25 Willow Cres. POSESSION Is The Issue

Updated today, June 2/2024 International legal authorities, including Human Rights Commission in Switzerland ruled on the 25 Willow Cres. ilegall possession issue in March 2024. Other Countries including: USA, England, France, Germany,  Russia have taken notice of Ontario's/Canada non compline's of Human Rights international regulations. Premier Doug Ford, what does it take, to give me Ingeborg Guettler , my  by the Ontario Government, ilegally   ( 11 years ago)  optained possession of my House 25 Willow Cres. back? The elder-abuse and Human Rights violations by the Ontario Officials continues.  WE received a phone call at about 1:20 pm from a Ontario Police Officer identifying himself us Officer "Hanley."
